What is your field and why did you choose it?
My field of research is Nanotechnology. Richard Feynman's "There's Plenty of Room at the Bottom" was a trigger and the possibilities the field can offer and the transformations it can make to the world greatly influenced me.
Tell us a bit about your career path.
Ph.D. in Physics with a specialization in synthesis and applications of carbon nanomaterials from the Institute of Technology in Madras, India.
Two postdoctoral contributions in:
- Rowan University- Photo/electrocatalytic water splitting applications of nanomaterials
- Wright State University, University of Wyoming- Design and fabrication of Hydrothermal Atomic Force Microscopes
If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose?
I wish to meet the 20th century mathematical wizard, Srinivasa Ramanujan.
